Registration.  In order to use the EZSchoolAlert Website, you must first complete the registration form, and create a user name and password.  You must also provide contact information, including your name, email address and telephone number.  When you enter your information on the EZSchoolAlert registration form, we encrypt it using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

Use of Information.  The sole purpose of the EZSchoolAlert Website is to provide a quick, simple way for a school district, individual school, and school personnel, such as teachers, coaches, club leaders, etc. to communicate with students and parents.  You as a user of the EZSchoolAlert Website can specify the times of day, or days of the week you wish to be reached, and by what means (e.g., cell phone, email).  The contact and other information you provide upon registration will be used only to assist school personnel and contacting you regarding emergencies, events, schedule changes, and other school-related matters.

Information Sharing and Disclosure 

We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.  We do not share personally identifiable information with any third parties, nor do we use such information for any purposes other than the communication purposes indicated above.  We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Access To Personally Identifiable Information

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer wish to use the EZSchoolAlert Website, you may update, delete or deactivate it by making the change on the registration page, or by emailing contact@ezschoolalert.com; or by contacting us by telephone (608) 237-7124.
